2 examples of literaly terms

Simile: 2 things compared with words as or like.
1. The loo stood like a tomb in a neglected graveyard
(Destructors, Graham Greene)
Point of view/narrative: Who is telling the story?
2. In the story “I’m Your Horse in the Night” narrator is Chiquita, the story is tolled from the first perspective.
- I thought you were fighting up north.

Looks and money

Looks and money

1.      Is money the way to happiness?
In my opinion money are definitely important in the society but, there is more than only money to the happiness. People can have money and never be happy, happiness it’s the feeling you can get while spending time doing your favorite things, being with your relatives and enjoy your life. People who are poor still happy that they have their support: relatives or husbands, wives etc. So I disagree with that statement of money be a way to happiness.

2.      Personal image is more important than the social class.
Agree, but sometimes when you would like to get a job people would prefer to take the one from the high social class than the one who looks better, people with the good personality never could be a presidents but people with a high social class can. But as for me, I don’t really care about this so it’s hard for me to find an answer for this question.

Sasha Uhov worked in Moscow, he was a doctor. Also Sasha had a hobby of making candelabra for his friend Sashkin who was collecting them, he was very grateful to Uhov for that but thought that his hobby is gaudy. Sasha was embarrassed of his hobby he was thought that if people will know about his unusual hobby they will think that he is crazy. His hobby is ironic.
