Agree or Disagree.
1. As Def Leopard states, it’s better to burn out, than fade away. I.e. it’s better to seize the day, live life to it’s fullest than to live a more uneventful and predictable life.
Agree It’s better to live interesting and exiting life and die early at age of 60, then obey the rules of life, rules are there to be ruined and in my opinion you live your life once so you might just enjoy it. I don’t want to live boring life I don’t want to think when I am 80… if I would be young again I would change something, I want to have adventures in my life and have a lot of stories to tell to my kids!
2. All of history’s great artists possessed a touch of madness.
Agree artist’s madness makes them unique, for example Van Gogh, he was absolutely crazy but his pieces are beautiful. To be an artist you have to be a little bit crazy. All people are crazy in some sense; every one is unique in their own way and sometimes crazy.
3. People look up to bravado and physical prowess.
I agree with that statement, it’s really important to be in a good shape and most of people look at the physical aspects before then on the inside of a person. Even ages ego people would still choose the fittest to produce future generation. Animals are using the same concept of choosing, they choose the fittest and strongest.
4. it’s the quiet ones that you have to watch out for.
Agree, most of the time you should be more scared of people who are quite because you never know what’s on there mind, they are usually acting quite but deep inside you never know what secrets they are hiding. Did you notice that in most horror movies the psycho guy is always the quite one? So you should be aware that most of quite people have disturbed mind or they just live in their own world.
5. The law of Herod is unavoidable. I.e. no matter the good intensions, when people are placed in positions of authority, their power eventually corrupts them.
I agree with that statement, it always happens first some guy works as a clerk at the some company and judging his boss by saying: “If I would be on his place I would never make us work on Saturdays”. Three years later: This guy is the boss of the company, and he is making his people work without the weekends at all, his power corrupted him and now he can’t remember when he was working as a clerk and when he was saying “I would never make my people work on Saturday”
6. The difference between a rebel and a hero is whether or not that person seeks to defend the helpless.
I agree with this statement, it doesn’t matter who you are a hero or rebel, you would still try to defend people around you. Foe example you are walking on the street and see how three people are fighting against one, wouldn’t you help this one guy who can get killed by these three huge guys? I bet u would, you are not a hero but If you will see that something horrible is going on next to you, you will be always there to help because that’s people’s instinct to help others.
7. What society often deems as “crazy” is nothing more than the misunderstanding.
Agree, most people who were extremely smart were clamed to be crazy ages ago, it all was happening because of miss understanding for example the book which I read a wile ago called Woe from Wit has a character who clamed of craziness because he is unique and smart but others cant understand his point of view so its easier for them to think that he is crazy that to think that they are to stupid to understand him. So in my opinion this statement is right.
